New Begining

Started going GYM from 17th August and still committed.
For beginners:
1. Morning Workout is best for reducing weight and evening workout is best for body building.
2. Dont Overdo. Start with less weight for weight exercise and gradually increase it.
3. Follow proper Diet.

If any I learn and important to be shared, I'll.

Plan it & Do it.
